MAKING THE ROSES: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN

THE FIRST VERSION OF BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN- WITHOUT MUSIC (working Progress)

MAKING THE GAME DEMO:BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN: TRIAL

These are examples of the game being played as a trial.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO:BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN- STILL IMAGES

These are examples of still images, which are used in the game demo.  To create the still images i've taken pictures of every move, the characters have made in the game. After, rolling the dice i've moved the characters, according to which number that appears on the dice.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:(ROLLING THE DICE)

To make the game more realistic, i've decided to proceed action into the game. i did this by rolling the dice while recording. These videos are inserted into the game demo.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:INSERTING AND EDITING TRACKS

To indicate if the player misses a go i've inserted a sad tune, to indicate if the player makes a move onto the gameboard, i have inserted a cheerful tune. After, i've inserted the music i've edited the track according to the movement of the game.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:(INSERTING THE CAPTIONS)

For the game demo to be more realistic, I've added captions which indicates if a player misses a go or needs to make a move on the gameboard.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:(INSERTING THE IMAGES AND INTRODUCTION PAGES)

To make the game demo come together, i did insert all the images which was taken when playing the game. I have also inserted the introduction, instruction and characters' pages.

MAKING THE CHARACTERS: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:(CHARACTERS INTRODUCTION PAGE)

To make the characters page, I've opened the document in Adobe Photoshop.

Then i did a title for the characters' page using the same typeface but in a green. The same principle is done for the labeling.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:( INSTRUCTIONS)

To make the instructions for the game, i've decided to use the same typeface however in a green colour.

Instead of applying yellow to the background, i've decided to change the typeface to a yellow colour and the green to be for the background.

The instructions is added to my game demo.

MAKING THE GAME DEMO: BACKGAMMON IN THE GARDEN:( PLAY BUTTON AND INTRODUCTION)

To add the play button into the introduction of the game. I did take a picture of my model to use for the intro, just to keep the 3D and creative look.

To produce the title I've designed it in Adobe Photoshop. To gave it a creative edgy look i've used the square tool; then applied yellow to the squares. I've used the funky typeface in a green colour, so it stands out from the background.

I did save the intoduction as a Photoshop document, then imported the introduction image  behind the 'play' button. i've then tween it four frames.
